The Committee on Industry and Labor moved to amend the bill as follows:

On page 3, subsection e, line 30, after the word “of”, by inserting the words “not less than $2,500 but not to exceed”;

On page 3, subsection e, lines 32 and 33, by striking the word “immediate” on each line and inserting in lieu thereof the word “timely”; and

On page 3, subsection e, line 32, by striking the word “may” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “shall”.
